No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code relating to disciplinary standards and procedures applicable to grievances alleging certain prosecutorial misconduct. The bill would add to the list of minimum standards and procedures for the attorney disciplinary and disability system established by the Supreme Court of Texas. No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
