No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to electronic availability of certain property and casualty insurance forms. The bill would allow an insurer to make a property and casualty insurance policy available to an insured by posting a specimen policy on the insurer's Internet website.

Based on information provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, it is assumed that any costs associated with the implementation of this bill would be absorbed within existing staff and resources.
