No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to require all income, including veterans' service-related disability benefits, in determining the amount of child support obligations. The Office of the Attorney General and the Office of Court Administration indicate that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
