No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the correction of employment termination reports for law enforcement officers.

Based on information provided by State Office of Administrative Hearings, Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards, and the Comptroller of Public Accounts; it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
