No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Government Code to specify that in any suit filed under the Public Information Act the information at issue may be filed with the court for in camera inspection. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the court system resulting from the bill. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
