No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to remove certain provisions that authorize the Texas Transportation Commission and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to convert a nontolled state highway or segment of nontolled state highway to a toll project.

Based on the information provided by the Texas Department of Transportation, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact.
