No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Office of Court Administration to conduct a study to determine the propriety and adequacy of the compensation of certain county judges. It is anticipated that the Office of Court Administration can implement the provisions of the bill within existing agency resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013, and would expire January 1, 2016.
