No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the manufacture, distribution, sale, and provision of alcoholic beverages and the regulation of those activities. It is assumed that implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the existing resources of the affected agencies. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
