No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would suspend the assignment of accreditation statuses and performance ratings for campuses and school districts for the 2012-13 school year. Based on the analysis of the Texas Education Agency, the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
