No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Property Code Section 124.002 to  provide that a charitable trust may not be ordered to sell its ownership of a mineral interest in a judicial proceeding unless the trust has refused to execute a reasonable mineral lease to the plaintiff or petitioner in the judicial proceeding.
