No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require instructional lessons developed as part of a curriculum management system by a regional education service center to be subject to review by the State Board of Education.

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is expected to incur some costs related to implementing the provisions of the bill, but these costs are not estimated to be significant.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
