No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends Education Code as it relates to including disability awareness training  in risk management programs required for members and advisors of student organizations at postsecondary educational institutions. Institutions of higher education have indicated provisions of the bill would be implemented within current resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
