No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends various sections of the Education, Government, Health & Safety, and Labor Codes as it relates to reports and other information required of or held by institutions of higher education. Based on responses from institutions of higher education, the cost savings associated with the reduced reporting requirements is not signficiant.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
