No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend and repeal certain Civil Practice and Remedies Code provisions relating to vexatious litigants. It is not anticipated that the bill would result in any significant fiscal impact to the Office of Court Administration or the statewide court system. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.  


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
