SB1630 by West (Relating to the protection of defendants against vexatious litigants.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend and repeal certain Civil Practice and Remedies Code provisions relating to vexatious litigants. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the agency or the statewide court system resulting from the bill. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.  


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
