SB1638 by Deuell (Relating to information included in the report of the Texas Economic Development Bank regarding the enterprise zone program.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Government Code to require the Texas Economic Development Bank to include in its annual report an analysis of the performance of each individual enterprise project.
 
The Office of the Governor estimates there would be a minimal cost associated with implementing the provisions of the bill.
 
This bill would take effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of each house; otherwise, it would take effect on September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
