83RD LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION

March 2, 2013

TO:
Honorable Bill Callegari, Chair, House Committee On Pensions

FROM:
Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board

IN RE:
HB784 by Guillen (Relating to creating a deferred compensation plan for dentists who provide services under the Medicaid program; providing a fee.), As Introduced

HB 784 would have the Employees Retirement System implement a deferred compensation plan for dentists serving the medical assistance program. The bill, if enacted, will not have a actuarial effect on any public retirement system because it does not propose to change their benefit structure, funding or obligations.
