HB1804 by Callegari (Relating to the authority of political subdivisions to offer certain deferred compensation plans to employees.), As Introduced


HB 1804 would allow political subdivisions of the state to establish a qualified Roth contribution program in accordance with Internal Revenue Code. The bill, if enacted, will not have a actuarial effect on any public retirement system because it does not propose to change their benefit structure, funding or obligations.
