HB2155 by Callegari (Relating to eligibility of certain dependents for coverage under the state employee group benefits program. ), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

CSHB 2155 would amend the definition of dependent with respect to an individual eligible to participate in the group benefits program.   

 

The bill, if enacted, will not have a actuarial effect on any public retirement system because it does not propose to change their benefit structure, funding or obligations.
