HB3213 by Strama (Relating to the composition of the board of trustees of the Employees Retirement System of Texas.), As Introduced


HB 3213 would change the composition of the Board of Trustees of the Employees Retirement System from six to seven members.

 

The bill, if enacted, will not have an actuarial effect on the Employees Retirement System because it does not propose to change their benefit structure, funding or obligations.
