SB404 by Schwertner (Relating to complaints filed with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy; authorizing fees.), As Introduced

As a result of this bill there will be a restriction upon the access to government information.


The bill would establish a 7-year statute of limitations for complaints filed under Subtitle J, Occupations Code.

The bill would also allow the Texas Pharmacy Board to establish a remedial plan to resolve the investigation of a complaint. If successfully completed, records of the remedial plan would be removed from the Board's records.
