Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2013, and permission granted on February 13, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 7:30 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Carter; Davis, Sarah; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The subcommittee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.
