Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 18, 2013, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a  joint public hearing with the House Committee on Appropriations S/C on Article II and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 7:44 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Carter; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The subcommittee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.
