Pursuant to a notice posted on March 5, 2013, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 4:56 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Carter; Davis, Sarah; and Price.

 

A quorum was present.
