Pursuant to a notice posted on May 13, 2014, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 1:03 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; and Price.
