Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2013, and permission granted on February 14, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 7:45 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Crownover; Bonnen, Greg; Giddings; Howard; Patrick, Diane; and Ratliff.

 

A quorum was present.

At 9:51 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 12:00 p.m. or 30 minutes after adjournment/recess.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:00 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Bonnen, Greg; Giddings; Howard; and Patrick, Diane.

 

A quorum was present.

The subcommittee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.
