Pursuant to a notice posted on September 24, 2014, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 10:09 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Crownover; Bonnen, Greg; Giddings; Howard; Patrick, Diane; and Ratliff.

A quorum was present.
