Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2013, and permission granted on February 18, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 10:09 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; McClendon; Gonzales, Larry; King, Susan; Longoria; Orr; and Perry.

A quorum was present.

At 11:44 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 12:45 p.m., February 18, 2013.

The committee reconvened at 12:53 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Gonzales, Larry; King, Susan; Longoria; Orr; and Perry.

A quorum was present.

(Representative McClendon now present.)

At 1:48 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 4:00 p.m., February 18, 2013.

The committee reconvened at 4:08 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; McClendon; King, Susan; and Orr.

A quorum was present.

(Representative Longoria now present.)

At 5:58 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
