Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2013, and permission granted on February 26, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 3:05 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Gonzales, Larry; King, Susan; Longoria; Orr; and Perry.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

At 4:34 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
