Pursuant to a notice posted on April 29, 2014, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 1:43 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; and Gonzales, Larry.

(Representative McClendon now present.)

The committee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

At 3:13 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
