Pursuant to a notice posted on June 25, 2014, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 9:10 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; McClendon; Gonzales, Larry; Orr; and Perry.

A quorum was present.

Interim Charge:  Examine the immediate and long-term fiscal impact of the Employees Retirement System (ERS) employee health care plan. 

The committee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

At 10:51 a.m., on the motion of Representative Turner, Sylvester and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
