Pursuant to a notice posted on February 7, 2013, and permission granted on February 12, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 7:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Raney; Ashby; Bell; Hughes; Márquez; and Muñoz, Jr..

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The subcommittee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.

At 9:11 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until during reading and referral of bills.

 

The committee reconvened at 1:32 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby.
