Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2013, and permission granted on February 18, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 10:01 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Raney; Ashby; Márquez; and Muñoz, Jr..

A quorum was present.

(Representative Hughes now present.)

(Representative Bell now present.)

At 12:28 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until upon final adjourn./recess.

The committee reconvened at 3:54 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Raney; Ashby; Bell; Hughes; and Muñoz, Jr..

A quorum was present.

At 5:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
