Pursuant to a notice posted on February 19, 2013, revised on February 19, 2013, and permission granted on February 20, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 11:51 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Raney; Ashby; Márquez; and Muñoz, Jr..

 

A quorum was present.

(Representative Bell now present.)

 

At 1:54 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
