Pursuant to a notice posted on September 24, 2014, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 10:15 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Ashby; Bell; and Muñoz, Jr..

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Zerwas was also in attendance. 

 

The subcommittee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.
