Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2013, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Budget Transparency and Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Crownover, at 10:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Crownover; Longoria; Darby; Howard; Raney; and Ratliff.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The Chair moves to correct the minutes from the meeting held on February 25, 2013.

 

The motion was adopted without objection.
