Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 2013, and permission granted on April 16, 2013 to meet while the House was in Session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Budget Transparency and Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Crownover, at 8:06 a.m.
