Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2013, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 1:13 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Anderson; González, Mary; Kacal; Kleinschmidt; Springer; and White.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The chair directed that the March 20, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

The chair directed that the April 10, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 1:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
