Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 14, 2013, and permission granted on May 14, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 2:40 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Anderson; González, Mary; Kacal; Kleinschmidt; Springer; and White.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out SB 1107, the companion to HB 2528.

The chair moved that SB 1107, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Ayes:                           Representatives King, Tracy O.; González, Mary; Kacal; Kleinschmidt (4).

Nays:                           Representatives Anderson; Springer; White (3).

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Absent:                        None (0).

At 2:42 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
