Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2013, revised on February 8, 2013, and permission granted on February 11, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Articles VI, VII & VIII, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 8:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Ashby; Bell; Hughes; Márquez; Muñoz, Jr.; and Raney.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The Subcommittee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.
