Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2013, and permission granted on February 11, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Article II, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 8:00 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Davis, Sarah; and Price.

A quorum was present.

The Subcommittee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

At 1:40 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until during reading and referral of bills.

The committee reconvened at 3:18 p.m. and was called to order by Representative Dukes.

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, Sarah; Dukes; and Price.

A quorum was present.
