Pursuant to a notice posted on January 17, 2014, revised on February 18, 2014, the House Committee on International Trade & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 9:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Israel; Nevárez; and Perez.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair opened discussion on the posted agenda of invited testimony only on Trade and Transportation Infrastructure.
