Pursuant to a notice posted on September 5, 2014, the House Committee on International Trade & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Energy Resources, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 9:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Lozano; Capriglione; Israel; and Nevárez.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

Representative Guerra was also present.

 

Senator Hinojosa was also present.

 

The committee began taking invited testimony on Mexico’s Energy Reform.
