Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2013, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Dwayne Bohac, at 12:49 p.m.

The chair laid out SB 1202 as pending business.

Representative Orr offered a complete committee substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
