Pursuant to a notice posted on July 7, 2013, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 9:30 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Alvarado; Branch; Button; Cook; Frullo; Geren; Kuempel; and Miller, Doug.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Kuempel moved to place the following measure: 

 

on the Major State Calendar for Tuesday, July 9, 2013:  HB 2.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

At 9:31 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
