Pursuant to a notice posted on July 11, 2013, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 10:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Lucio III; Alvarado; Branch; Button; Crownover; Frullo; Giddings; and Kuempel.

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Kuempel moved to place the following measures: 

 

on the Major State Calendar for Monday, July 15, 2013:  HB 16.

 

on the Constitutional Amendments Calendar for Monday, July 15, 2013:  HJR 2.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

At 10:01 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
