Pursuant to a notice posted on August 1, 2013, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 2:00 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Alonzo; Alvarado; Cook; Eiland; Frullo; Geren; Giddings; Kuempel; and Miller, Doug.

A quorum was present.

Representative Miller, Doug moved to place the following measures:

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

At 2:01 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
