CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On June 17, 2013, the House Committee on Redistricting, Select authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Redistricting, Select held on June 6, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on June 4, 2013, the House Committee on Redistricting, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 2:07 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Davis, Yvonne; Clardy; Creighton; Deshotel; Gonzales, Larry; Harper-Brown; Hunter; Keffer; Martinez Fischer; Orr; Price; Raymond; Thompson, Senfronia; and Villalba.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, HB 4, HB 13, HB 14, HB 17, HB 26

 

The chair laid out HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, HB 4, HB 13, HB 14, HB 17, and HB 26.

 

The chair explained HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, and HB 4.

 

The chair recognized Representative Davis, Yvonne to explain HB 13 and HB 14.

 

The chair explained HB 17.

 

The chair recognized Representative Raymond to explain HB 26.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

The chair closed on HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, HB 4, HB 13, HB 14, HB 17, and HB 26.

 

HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, HB 4, HB 13, HB 14, HB 17, and HB 26 were left pending without objection.

 

At 8:41 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
