Pursuant to a notice posted on July 8, 2014, the House Committee on Economic Development Incentives, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Rodriguez, Eddie; Ashby; Deshotel; Kuempel; Lozano; Nevárez; Perez; Springer; and Villalba.

 

A quorum was present.
