Pursuant to a notice posted on May 14, 2013, the House Committee on Corrections met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 9:21 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; White; Allen; Rose; and Sheffield, J. D..
A quorum was present.
Representative Parker moved that the May 9, 2013 minutes for the House Committee on Corrections be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

The chair laid out SB 1183.
Representative White offered a complete committee substitute.
